For light or medium flow, during the day, we recommended the small pad 25.5 cm.
If you have heavy flow, for the night, incontinency or after pregnancy, we recommended the large pad 30.5 cm.
- Place the pad on your underwear such that the bamboo charcoal side should touch the skin.
- Fasten the wings securely around your underwear. Change the pad every 3-6 hours or as needed.
- Store clean pads in a clean, dry place or in the waterproof included bag.
- It has two pockets, for clean and used ones when you go out.
Soak your pads in COLD water for at least 30- 40 minutes. Add your laundry and wash it by hand or in the washing machine at 30 degrees maximum.
AVOID using hot water as it will set stains on pads. Pop them STRAIGHT in the machine.
DO NOT USE a brush on the pads. Sundry on a clothesline.
